For nearly two years we have been part of the international project Cotic: Collaborative Teaching in the Inclusive Classroom, which aims to support early years pupils who are struggling with learning difficulties.
We want them to become more familiar with learning and to keep them engaged. We work with international partners (Bulgaria, Latvia, Portugal, Italy, Malta, Turkey) to share experiences and experiences, to inspire each other, to learn from each other.

How did it start? In 2022, in all countries, we conducted screenings in the first grades at the end of the school year to see what the children had learned and to identify those who needed more intensive support. And this year I created worksheets for the children that correspond thematically to what is covered in all the core subjects. But the materials are simplified and the art helps with practice. The idea is that while others are working with textbooks or workbooks, we give selected children specially adapted tasks. So they train like the others, but at the same time in a way that makes the work reasonably difficult for them, developing them but not discouraging them.
For this to work well, tandem teaching needs to be adapted to this: a second teacher or assistant is available to the children so that they can really develop and have the support they need.
Last school year we piloted and fine-tuned everything with our sophomores and a couple of juniors. In the school year, which will start in a few days, the materials will gradually be made available to interested students from other schools. It is a great honor for us to receive the title, and at the same time
